A Journey Born from Passion and Challenges

This techpreneur has gone through his own set of hurdles. He was born in the beautiful seaside city of Vizag. He was a smart kid since birth. Back at times, it was extremely hard to secure a seat in engineering, but his hard work and dedication made him achieve that. He successfully graduated with a BTech in ECE.

He started being into tech in the 90s, the era of huge desktops. He finds technology fascinating, especially Cryptography, and it never fails to captivate him. Specializing in cybersecurity these days is relatively easy, but in his era, it posed a significant challenge. His fascination with cryptography led him to shape his academic journey in India. It's unfortunate to compromise on studies, but back then, with limited career options, there wasn't much choice. Nevertheless, he chose to specialize in network security at Symbiosis, channelling his enthusiasm into safeguarding digital networks. This enthusiasm made him gain an enormous amount of knowledge in network security. This made him start his journey of information security by starting his own empire, ENH, in his later life. He first worked for already established companies, as starting as an employee is often the first step toward becoming an entrepreneur, laying the foundation with valuable experiences and lessons. 
His journey as an employee
He commenced his professional journey at Genpact, where he gained valuable experience in Identity Management. Over the next 10 years, he worked for several established companies, building extensive knowledge. He served numerous companies, boosting their revenue and expanding their teams. He earned the admiration of both founders and colleagues. As he journeyed through his experiences, witnessing the growth and endurance of startups inspired him. This motivation led him to decide that he wouldn't just build a company but a legacy—one that would endure and leave a lasting impact.

Going from employee to entrepreneur is a journey shaped by valuable experiences, each contributing to the development of entrepreneurial greatness. He always had a dream of becoming not just an entrepreneur, but a successful entrepreneur. He made a courageous move by starting his venture, The EnH group, in 2015.

Breaking Barriers: The Story of Mrs. Prema
In this journey of his, one of his good friends decided to come along. So Mr. Esesve along with his friend, who is his then classmate, Mrs. Prema stood as a pillar to start ENH iSecure. Mrs. Prema is also as enthusiastic as Mr. Esesve. Being a woman, she was lucky enough to get unwavering support from her husband. ‘My husband never stopped me from going to work’ says Mrs Prema. She also shared the bliss of balancing motherhood along with her career. At the end of the day, it is just that good intentions and strong willpower push you every day to achieve excellence.
