From where it all started:
Hailing from a small village of Kondrapole (in Nalgonda Dist.) this ambitious young man harbored lofty aspirations. Despite hailing from a modest family background, Mr. Raghu Babu was uncertain about realizing his dreams but remained unwavering in his pursuit. His father, a dedicated primary school headmaster, imparted knowledge and instilled invaluable values in him. In 1992, after completing his bachelor's degree, he enrolled in a Company Secretary course determined to leave an indelible mark on the vibrant city of Hyderabad.
Amidst the quest for suitable training following his Company Secretary (CS) qualification, fate led him to a transformative encounter with the Guru of his life—Ms. Rashida Adenwala.
 

Following the path of his guru:
Ms. Rashida Adenwala, a thorough professional, extended a pivotal opportunity for apprenticeship under her. Under her guidance, he not only learned the intricacies of the profession but also honed his personal development. Throughout his career, she remained the sole guiding influence.
In the early stages of his professional journey, Mr. Raghu Babu prioritized learning over financial gains. Despite his inherent intelligence, the chosen path compelled him to push boundaries, dedicating himself to extensive work and knowledge acquisition. Fuelled by this broad-minded approach, he eventually collaborated with his mentor, Ms. Rashida, to establish their venture—R & A Associates, now recognized as one of the top 10 associate firms in the country. This collaborative journey endured for an impressive 26 years, a testament to their enduring partnership.
 

Diverging his path:
Mr. Raghu's insatiable passion for learning has been a driving force propelling him to extraordinary heights later in life. His lifelong fascination with acquiring new knowledge culminated in the fulfillment of a longstanding dream—he harbored a desire for an MBA since his college days. This aspiration came to fruition when he enrolled in the esteemed Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, a decision that not only added an academic feather to his cap but also opened doors to a diverse network of valuable connections. The amalgamation of hands-on experience and academic enlightenment at ISB crafted a perfect blend, propelling him toward exponential growth.
 

New Horizons:
In 2022, Mr. Raghu embarked on his entrepreneurial journey with the launch of SimplyBiz. SimplyBiz is a multi-disciplinary professional services firm providing managed services in the fields of Business Setup, Compliance, Accounting, Taxation, and Legal. The motive is to leverage the use of technology in professional services and deliver it efficiently. Remarkably, within just one year of its inception, the business experienced exponential expansion. The strategic planning ensured revenue generation from day one, contributing to its rapid growth. Presently, SimplyBiz boasts a robust team comprising 25 talented individuals, a testament to the swift and successful establishment of the venture.
