Training and Placement officers from all over AP and Telangana attended this event with much enthusiasm. HRs from renowned startups also attended as guest speakers to give their wisdom. they all interacted so well and discussed about the problems that all are facing about this hiring process, be it students who are not able to find jobs and CEO’s not able to find right candidates.

We are so glad to have Mr. Naik with us as our guest speaker. He is a multifaceted personality who is into engineering, MBA, Law and also research. he with his capabilities to look into and understand a problem in all the angles thoroughly made everyone in the room to think twice about today’s scenarios. He with his wisdom brought light in to the room. We will be grateful for making us, his presence felt.

Mrs. Haripriya, with her strong thinking and wisdom, made everyone left with aww. The issues she pointed out were the problems most of the people are not talking about because everyone these days are projecting major problems but forgot to identify and rectify minor mistakes. Cyber security has become a major problem these days and we do not know when the hackings will be happening, Mr. Venkatesh gave us case studies on how the hackings are occurring within seconds. This made us  understand the patterns and made us more aware of our digital presence and reminded us the least we can do to protect ourselves from these is logging out from devices without forgetting.

Mr. Kiran from a rising startup, IBASEIT, made his presence felt by discussing about, the ever evolving technology. He spoke about AI, the technology which is now becoming our lifestyle gradually. there is AI in everything now, we are glad to have Mr. Kiran who has shared his insights on AI and reminded all of us to leverage it to protect ourselves from getting outdated.

Mr. Venkatesh a hardworking and talented HR, Shared his insights on low code no code, he shared about their AI product which creates a mobile application with much ease leaving all of us in awe. Thank you Mr. Venkatesh for sharing your wisdom with us.

Mrs. Nalini, HR-SPECIALIST, QUIXY
Being in the talent acquisition field, Mrs. Nalini thinks, AI will soon conquer talent acquisition domain too, she further insisted to take precautions and stay updated with the new technology and update accordingly. This interaction was very useful for all of us and we're grateful for her sharing this valuable information.
It was not just the wisdom shared but there also were games for all the audience which made all of us stay alert in their seats. All the TPOs participated actively and won gifts for answering the fun questions right and quick. This was a beautiful, fun interaction session followed by tasty lunch with a networking session. TPOs got a chance to speak with not just the founders of FresherBot but also with the HR of tech giants, which made them satisfied.
It was one hell of a hectic day, with lot of wisdom and fun shared. FresherBot team feel fulfilled as they conducted their first event successfully , with much enthusiasm we are waiting for the next one, the edition #2, by the end of April. Until then, we keep connecting campuses with companies.
