Requirements

A foundational understanding and some experience with the Amazon Web Services Cloud Services Platform. Obtaining AWS Certification would be advantageous.
Proficiency in Windows Server Administration and Troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux Server Operating Systems.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A capacity to handle and resolve complex situations in a professional manner.
The capability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
Some basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Regexp, VB Scripting, Python, etc., would be beneficial.
Availability and willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

Managing and monitoring SaaS infrastructure availability and performance around the clock, every day of the year.
Ensuring maximum uptime for customers in our SaaS environment.
Monitoring application health and promptly reporting any errors, bugs, or exceptions.
Following the incident escalation procedure according to the severity level.
Adapting to any new changes in the technology and infrastructure used within the organization.
