• A foundational understanding and some experience with the Amazon Web Services Cloud Services Platform. Obtaining AWS Certification would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Windows Server Administration and Troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux Server Operating Systems.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A capacity to handle and resolve complex situations in a professional manner.
• The capability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
• Some basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Regexp, VB Scripting, Python, etc., would be beneficial.
• Availability and willingness to work in shifts.

• Managing and monitoring SaaS infrastructure availability and performance around the clock, every day of the year.
• Ensuring maximum uptime for customers in our SaaS environment.
• Monitoring application health and promptly reporting any errors, bugs, or exceptions.
• Following the incident escalation procedure according to the severity level.
• Adapting to any new changes in the technology and infrastructure used within the organization.
