<p>● Ensure to have complete details of customer is updated in the CRM&nbsp;</p><p>● Professional client engagement in customer life cycle starts from welcome call to project completion&nbsp;</p><p>● Inform client on Sales to Operations handover and schedule the process in coordination with Operations team&nbsp;</p><p>● Validate and share the Order transactions (receivables) update with client and sales team&nbsp;</p><p>● Update the Sales order as per the requirement based on site changes and installation&nbsp;</p><p>● Coordinate with Sales team on pending payments&nbsp;</p><p>● Schedule installation in coordination with Operations team and Client&nbsp;</p><p>● Structured escalation of identified issues in a systematic manner</p>
