Job Description – Project Coordinator
Department: Automation - Operations - Customer Care
Location: Hyderabad
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Graduation in any stream.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Technical Skills: MS Excel proficiency.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
● Ensure to have complete details of customer is updated in the CRM
● Professional client engagement in customer life cycle starts from welcome call to project completion
● Inform client on Sales to Operations handover and schedule the process in coordination with Operations team
● Validate and share the Order transactions (receivables) update with client and sales team
● Update the Sales order as per the requirement based on site changes and installation
● Coordinate with Sales team on pending payments
● Schedule installation in coordination with Operations team and Client
● Structured escalation of identified issues in a systematic manner
