Requirements

Proficiency in infrastructure administration, integrating networking, systems, and monitoring solutions, along with software and general IT maintenance skills.
Demonstrated ability to support software and application technical problems.
Adherence to organizational policies and procedures regarding data security and privacy.

Responsibilities

Provide in-house technical support for hrX Assist and hrX Access.
Analyze, prioritize, and resolve faults within defined timelines.
Resolve tickets according to SLAs and escalation procedures.
Manage customer configurations.
Diagnose and resolve software application issues following established procedures.
Provide 24/5 support for existing customers adhering to defined processes.
Propose resolution paths after understanding and analyzing problems.
Maintain proper documentation for processes, guidelines, and troubleshooting steps.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and share insights with the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators, testing, and operational teams.
