Requirements

Sound understanding of fundamental testing concepts.
Basic proficiency in using test management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Capability to establish trust-based relationships with product heads and executive-level stakeholders.
Attention to detail coupled with analytical problem-solving skills.
Proficient critical thinking abilities.
Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for technology.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Business, or Information Technology.
0-1+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in basic test management and defect management.
Familiarity with functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, automation testing, Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, bug reporting, test execution, and test case writing.
Willingness to undertake occasional short business/team travels.
