Responsibilities

Lead a Sales support team to ensure efficient operations and meet key metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the team in achieving business objectives.
Manage customer and third-party relationships to ensure smooth operations and revenue maximization.
Resolve process issues by coordinating internally and externally with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain governance and customer relationships, addressing critical issues promptly with corrective and preventive action planning.
