<ul><li><strong>Development Tasks</strong>: Participate in internal development projects, applying skills to build, improve, and maintain software solutions.</li><li><strong>Conducting Technical Training</strong>: Train students on technical concepts and programming skills with a project-driven approach, ensuring practical understanding and application.</li><li><strong>Developing Training Material</strong>: Create and update course content, project assignments, and hands-on exercises to facilitate effective learning experiences.</li><li><strong>Project Supervision</strong>: Guide students through the completion of real-world projects, providing support, feedback, and mentorship to help them achieve project milestones.</li><li><strong>Learning Management System (LMS) Management</strong>: Administer and manage the LMS platform, ensuring course content, assignments, and assessments are up-to-date and accessible to students.</li></ul>
