We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Developer cum Trainer to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, project-driven technical training to students, focusing on Python and Data Science, while also contributing to internal development tasks. As part of our mission, you’ll help students gain hands-on, real-world skills that will prepare them for successful careers. 

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech (any stream), B.Sc., MCA, or M.Sc.
• Academic Percentage: Minimum of 65%
• Year of Graduation: 2025 or 2026
• Role: Developer cum Trainer
• Compensation: CTC of 3 - 3.5 LPA post-confirmation, based on performance (initial stipend of 15,000 INR for the first 6 months)
• Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Python and Data Science
• Project Requirement: Must have completed at least one project in the preferred skill areas
• Bond: 2-year commitment
• Work Location: Should be willing to relocate across Telugu States.

• Development Tasks: Participate in internal development projects, applying skills to build, improve, and maintain software solutions.
• Conducting Technical Training: Train students on technical concepts and programming skills with a project-driven approach, ensuring practical understanding and application.
• Developing Training Material: Create and update course content, project assignments, and hands-on exercises to facilitate effective learning experiences.
• Project Supervision: Guide students through the completion of real-world projects, providing support, feedback, and mentorship to help them achieve project milestones.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Management: Administer and manage the LMS platform, ensuring course content, assignments, and assessments are up-to-date and accessible to students.
