• Demonstrating excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
• Holding a bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
• Possessing strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Being open to working night shifts or early morning shifts.

• Supporting backend operations for various functions such as support functions, JV processing, Workflow monitor, CCM & PEGA monitor, and addressing email queries.
• Engaging in tasks related to savings coordination, analyzing key figures, budget/forecasting, generating management reports, and creating presentations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely distribution of management reports.
• Developing MIS documentation to facilitate smooth operations and system maintenance.
• Collaborating with reporting managers and business units to address customer service issues.
• Continuously following up and resolving pending queries while providing recommendations for enhancing current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
