Requirements

Demonstrating excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
Holding a bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
Possessing strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Having a basic understanding of Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
Being open to working night shifts or early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

Supporting backend operations for various functions such as support functions, JV processing, Workflow monitor, CCM & PEGA monitor, and addressing email queries.
Engaging in tasks related to savings coordination, analyzing key figures, budget/forecasting, generating management reports, and creating presentations.
Ensuring accurate and timely distribution of management reports.
Developing MIS documentation to facilitate smooth operations and system maintenance.
Collaborating with reporting managers and business units to address customer service issues.
Continuously following up and resolving pending queries while providing recommendations for enhancing current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
