• 0 – 2 years of experience with SQL Server or any relational database. 
• Proficiency in at least one programming language. 
• Strong expertise in optimizing and composing SQL queries and stored procedures. Familiarity or experience with SAP S4Hana is advantageous.
• Capability to analyze problems and deliver solutions. Adaptability to function as an individual contributor.
•  Ability to assist users with technical and data issues related to the supported application or production.
• Demonstrate self-initiative, motivation, innovation, and the capacity to provide technical solutions. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Understanding of data modeling and data analysis. 
• Preference for knowledge or experience with other databases. Preferential knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake

• Identify issues and collaborate with various teams across the organization to address them efficiently. 
• Keep stakeholders informed about the application’s overall status and health. 
• Identify areas for enhancement in monitoring, application stability, and root cause determination speed. 
• Execute troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution using advanced query and programming abilities.
