About This Role

PTC is looking for an Associate Software Analyst in Pune.

Requirements

Strong technical skills – Core Java, Javascript, , Databases, Debugging tools, IDE
Strong problem solving and lateral thinking skills
Drive for quick resolution of issues
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Product Deployment Via Docker and Devops tools would be added advantage

Responsibilities

As a member of the IoT CRT dev team, resolve customer incident and bugs and improvements in IOT product supported by IOT CRT team .
Interact with TS, PM, TPM, QA, NPD teams to get clarity on issues and resolve them quickly to meet SLA.
CRT primary role is to help customers succeed when they adopt PTC’s IoT Products.
When customers face issues, CRT steps in to directly support the customer and resolve issues within the agreed SLA thereby improving customer satisfaction.
