Job description
PTC is looking for an Associate Software Analyst in Pune.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills – Core Java, Javascript, , Databases, Debugging tools, IDE
- Strong problem solving and lateral thinking skills
- Drive for quick resolution of issues
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Product Deployment Via Docker and Devops tools would be added advantage
Responsibilities
- As a member of the IoT CRT dev team, resolve customer incident and bugs and improvements in IOT product supported by IOT CRT team .
- Interact with TS, PM, TPM, QA, NPD teams to get clarity on issues and resolve them quickly to meet SLA.
- CRT primary role is to help customers succeed when they adopt PTC’s IoT Products.
- When customers face issues, CRT steps in to directly support the customer and resolve issues within the agreed SLA thereby improving customer satisfaction.
