Responsibilities

Designing, building, testing, assembling, supporting, and configuring applications based on business requirements.
Understanding business drivers influencing performance and delivering software to meet those expectations.
Incorporating technology trends into solutions and actively participating in the development of automation solutions, new functionalities, and technologies to integrate them into existing solutions.
Resolving incidents and providing customer support through voice interaction, email, chat, or remote support.
