People Tech is  looking out for Event Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of dental health camps aimed at providing dental care and education to underserved communities. This role involves coordinating with dental professionals, community leaders, volunteers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful and impactful events. Requirements

Only 2022, 2023 (No-Backlogs, no educational gap and 2023 are eligible only if final Sem results are out) pass-outs are eligible. 2024 
Bachelor’s degree - any degree
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
Should be good at problem solving and logical thinking.
Should have Good analytical skills.
Must have good knowledge in Development & Testing.
Excellent Communication Skills, both written and oral.
Willing to work in Nightshifts.
 

Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed plans for each dental camp, including timelines, activities, staffing.
Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure the availability of necessary equipment and supplies.
Arrange venues, manage bookings, and oversee setup and breakdown of camp sites.
Monitor the operations of each camp to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
Collect and analyze feedback from participants, staff, and volunteers to assess the impact of the camps.
Prepare and submit reports on camp outcomes and recommendations for future improvements.
