Job Description
The Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring successful onboarding and implementation of our SaaS solutions for clients. They work closely with the Implementation Manager/Team Lead to execute implementation plans, configure software systems, and provide training and support to clients.
Requirements
- Fresher with Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Implementation Manager/Team Lead to understand client requirements and create implementation plans.
- Configure and customise our SaaS solutions according to client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Assist clients with data migration and system integration processes.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.
- Document implementation processes, best practices, and client interactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth implementation and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Compensation
Training Salary
15,000/-/month
Final CTC
