Responsibilities
- Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint.
- Active listening and probing skills
- Effective business communication skills
- Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles.
