Requirements

Proficient understanding of ITSM processes.
Development of innovative solutions to integrate Dynatrace into customer environments and incorporate it into daily operations.
Ensuring and documenting the complete deployment of Dynatrace products within customer environments.
Conducting Dynatrace Database Health Analysis.
Configuration of pure paths, collectors, and agents for Dynatrace.
Knowledge of APIs and integration techniques.
Generation and analysis of thread dumps.
Practical experience with other monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, PRTG, Splunk, etc.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, modifying, debugging, and maintaining software code in accordance with functional, non-functional, and technical design specifications.
Adhering to Amdocs software engineering standards, relevant software development methodologies, and release processes to ensure code is maintainable, scalable, and supportable. Additionally, conducting software product demonstrations for stakeholders.
Investigating issues through code review and debugging, providing fixes and workarounds, and assessing changes for operability to uphold existing software solutions.
Collaborating within a team, contributing to peer code reviews, offering comments and suggestions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
Taking technical responsibility for specific work products within an application and offering technical support during the design of solutions for new requirements.
Actively seeking innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.
