Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Tableau products and continuously enhance technical skills to support global customers with their issues. This includes debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring complete resolution of issues, including escalations.
  • Consistently achieve KPI targets such as Productivity, CSAT, and TTR.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on their Tableau products and infrastructure, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various teams including TAMs, Sales, Ops Admins, and Development at Tableau to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify areas for improvement in documentation and processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned product areas to assist customers effectively.
  • Review support cases for technical accuracy and troubleshooting quality.
  • Reproduce customer issues in-house and provide solutions and RCAs within specified timeframes.
  • Utilize communication channels such as email, phone calls, and other electronic methods to interact effectively with customers.
