Requirements

Develop expertise in a specific area or function
Gain practical experience and knowledge related to the services or solutions offered

Coordinate meetings, logistics, filing, and record-keeping based on detailed instructions
Aid in preparing and distributing reports and reviewing system data for accuracy
Identify errors or discrepancies, escalating them for resolution
Provide support to clients on low complexity matters and maintain a log of queries
