About This Role

Requirements

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or postgraduates in Engineering, Business, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
Possess a logical mind and strong articulation skills.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savviness is preferred, and knowledge of new-age technology stacks is a plus.
Prior experience in talent acquisition is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Identify and map relevant talent for our tech teams.
Facilitate candidate interactions with technology team members and interviewers.
Participate in introductory calls and assessments.
Assist in gathering feedback and engaging candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Help establish recruitment processes on ATS and other tools.
Manage ATS and generate reports as required by managers and hiring leads.
Utilize new-age sourcing channels to reach out and engage potential talent.
