• Proficient in MS Excel with a background in data quality and research.
• While SQL experience is preferred, it’s not mandatory.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hold a technical degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 University.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly growing organization, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.

• Conduct research on global B2C subscription merchants, including analyzing the services they offer, their categories, and subscription details such as bundles, cancellation terms, and payment methods.
• Validate research findings according to internal standard operating procedures.
• Test collected data by signing up for subscriptions, initiating cancellations via email, chat, and phone, and noting merchant responses while seeking ways to improve success rates.
• Provide progress reports to the Research lead and communicate milestones to the head of data.
• Ensure collected data is processed, transformed, and available for internal teams or external partners.
• Assist senior stakeholders in achieving key business outcomes in Finance, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Contribute to developing efficient methods for ingesting, transforming, storing, and analyzing various data sources.
• Offer recommendations for improving testing data specifications, processes, and products.
