Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, troubleshooting, database management).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Any graduate with relevant technical knowledge can apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the product and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Analyze and resolve database-related queries using SQL.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product functionality.
  • Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
  • Assist in enhancing product support processes.
