Requirements

Must hold a Graduate/Post Graduate/Doctorate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medical sciences, or be a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

Tackle complex problems related to procedures and processes, consulting the Supervisor or Line Manager only in rare cases.
Manage the initial processing of transactions at the first level.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and meet targets/volumes within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
Proactively identify potential issues.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement.
Identify and communicate any changes in the process.
Adhere to mandatory industry regulations and compliance requirements for the assigned process.
