Job Description

We are excited to announce that our client, Sithafal Technologies, is seeking software developers with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). To fulfil these positions, we are organizing a screening test, followed by the hackathon event, ‘HackerFest A1,’ scheduled for mid-December.

Candidates must be available to join in December/January (leave will be provided during exams).

Hackathon Rounds:

Round 1: Online Assessment (27th Nov - 1st Dec; test link will be shared via placement officer)
Round 2: Coding Challenge at a nodal centre (tentatively 3rd Dec - 7th Dec)
Round 3 (Finals): Hosted in a college in the Tirupati zone (tentatively 12th or 13th Dec)

Rewards:

Cash Prizes:
- Winner: ₹10,000
- Second & Third Place: ₹5,000 each
- Fourth Place: ₹3,000

Requirements

1. Designation: Software Developer

2. Year of Passing: 2025

3. Qualification: BTech (Any Branch) / MCA

4. Academic Percentage: Minimum 60% (10th, 12th, Graduation)

5. Skills Required: Excellent communication and programming skills

6. Work Location: Tirupati (Work from Office only)

7. Compensation: ₹5 LPA to ₹8 LPA

8. Service Agreement: 2 years

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML-driven applications to solve complex business problems.

• Build and optimize machine learning models for scalability and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.

• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve decision-making processes.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and implement innovative approaches.

• Debug and enhance algorithms to ensure accuracy and reliability in AI outputs.

• Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
