Requirements

0-2 years of experience in software development and working with AI tools
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript)
Technical skills in AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cline, V0, Windsurf)
VS Code IDE (mandatory)
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a growth-oriented mindset
Communication skills and teamwork abilities
Quick learner with an understanding of AI assistance

Responsibilities

Design and correct code in programming languages
Use AI models and tools to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize software
Work on different programming languages and support application functionality and performance
Collaborate with senior engineers on product development, testing, and maintenance
Stay current with AI advancements and integrate innovative practices into daily workflows
Communicate clearly with teammates and stakeholders
Harness AI to automate repetitive tasks, boost developer productivity, and elevate code quality
