Requirements

Good communication Skills and Verbal Skills
Must have experience in application performance monitoring and optimizing and experience using version control and defect tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and delight customers by exceeding their
expectations.
Ensure logical and meaningful extraction of content
Ensure 100 SLA adherence and process compliance.
Develop domain expertise and think like an SME. Challenge what seems not right
Good knowledge of websites, and how to navigate to obtain desired information.
Excellent Communication Skills (both written oral)
Language Standard: Versant Level 3 Communication Test Score 70 for Reading Writing.
Should be able to write a grammatically correct essay of 150 200
words in 20 mins or less.
Candidate should be proactive and an organized team player.
