Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fiel
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and assisting with the orientation process
- Assist in organising and maintaining HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and HR databases
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, photocopying, and data entry tasks
- Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking training completion
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and HR policy updates
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional HR initiatives and projects
- Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team
