Requirements

Experience with SDLC, STLC, and functional testing
Experience in Test Strategy/Planning, formulating test approach, ST, SIT, Requirement Analysis, Defect Management, Traceability, TCM
End-to-End functional testing experience
Experience in Payments Domain and exposure to SWIFT, ISO 20022, MT messages, scheme processing
Hands-on experience in writing test scenarios, test scripting
Experience in Jira process
Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

Develop and implement test plans and strategies to ensure compliance with quality standards
Create and execute automated test scripts, testing frameworks, and tools to detect quality issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements
Work closely with developers to provide detailed information and provide resolution
Collaboration with peers, participation in code reviews, and promoting a culture of code quality
Support continuous improvement of testing processes and automation adoption
