The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and protecting both clients and the organization through efficient operational practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of KYC processes and regulations in the financial sector, experience in people management and handling stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of KYC processes and regulations in the financial sector
Experience in people management and handling stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and ensure smooth daily operations
Excellent analytical skills to understand complex data and make quick decisions in a dynamic work environment
Prior experience in KYC processes and account maintenance
Hands-on experience with CDD (Client Due Diligence) and EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence)
Exposure to Financial Crime (FinCrime) processes

Responsibilities

Performing detailed due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Helping protect both clients and the organization through efficient operational practices
Preparing accurate and timely reports for regulatory requirements
Managing multiple responsibilities and ensuring smooth daily operations
Analyzing complex data and making quick decisions in a dynamic work environment
Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Ensuring risk management and business understanding
