About This Role

Bentley Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Learning Systems Specialist to join their team in Pune. The successful candidate will support and manage Bentley's learning platforms, working closely with content creators and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in management, IT, or a related field, with 0-2 years of experience in learning systems or a similar area. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling user issues efficiently, and collaborating with teams both in-person and through virtual tools.

Requirements

Hold a bachelor's degree in management, IT, or a related field (or have equivalent experience)
Have 0-2 years of experience, ideally in learning systems or a similar area
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling user issues efficiently
Be able to collaborate with teams both in-person and through virtual tools
Have strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Be good at managing time, prioritizing tasks, and multitasking
Be familiar with MS Office tools

Responsibilities

Support and manage Bentley's learning platforms, such as Bentley Learn and YouTube
Work closely with content creators and internal teams
Report to the Director of Learning Technology and collaborate with multiple global teams
Contribute to impactful projects that improve infrastructure and quality of life worldwide
Collaborate with teams to build and support global user communities
Stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies, and apply them to improve learning systems
Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure efficient learning systems
