Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA/BBA) Aviation or related field. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate e ectively across teams and stakeholders. Proactive and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in the aviation industry and business strategy. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O ice suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools/software (e.g., Tableau, SPSS) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities in the aviation industry. 
  • Analyse market data and industry reports to provide insights into potential market segments, customer preferences, and strategic partnerships. 
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of strategic initiatives and business plans to drive long-term growth and profitability. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable strategies to address key challenges. 
  • Business Development: Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including market entry strategies, partnership agreements, and potential acquisitions. 
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for prospective clients and stakeholders. 
  • Project Management: Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project objectives, milestones, and budgetary constraints. 
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, align priorities, and drive project execution. 
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the e ectiveness of business development e orts and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for future action.
