• Competence in big data analytics, adept at identifying trends, patterns, and outliers in large datasets.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or R programming languages.
• Proficiency in big data platforms such as Hadoop (Hive, Pig, Map Reduce, HQL, Scala).
• Familiarity with Teradata, SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing principles.

• Lead end-to-end engineering solutions for Machine Learning at scale, ensuring seamless integration of data science solutions into tangible products.
• Develop efficient and high-quality code suitable for Walmart’s extensive operations.
• Operationalize ML models, addressing various model management challenges effectively.
• Implement parallelization of algorithms and model training processes to leverage distributed infrastructure, thereby reducing training time significantly.
