Requirements

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or related fields) or equivalent experience
Accuracy: Ability to complete tasks with high precision
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, plant facilities management, and engineering methods
Troubleshooting: Ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues
Project Management: Basic understanding of project phases, tasks, and deliverables
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Maintenance: Perform or assist in routine maintenance or construction work within the plant
Support: Serve as first-line support for building service problems and work requests
Inventory: Monitor and maintain parts and tools inventory for infrastructure components
Collaboration: Assist facility engineers and support manufacturing departments
Problem Solving: Utilize accepted procedures for problem analysis and resolution
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency
