About This Role

Colt Technology Services is seeking a highly motivated and talented Apprentice to join their team in Gurugram. As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work with a global digital infrastructure company and gain hands-on experience in network transformation engineering.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for improving systems engineering and processes, managing capacity for infrastructure, and overseeing centralized back-office activities. You will also collaborate with service delivery teams and stakeholders to align services with business goals.

Requirements

Team player with passion for data analytics/networks
Excellent communication skills
Ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
Excel skills – Lookups/ power Pivots
Data visualization skills (Qlik / Power BI/ VBA/SQL)
Attention to detail and collaboration skills
Eager to learn with technical skills

Responsibilities

Gain knowledge of Network Transformation Engineering
Improve systems engineering and processes to accelerate execution and redesign network architecture
Understand network design and manage capacity for infrastructure (Nodes, ILAs, Data Centers)
Identify and document critical infrastructure assets and maintain accurate records
Manage packet networks, including testing, development, and capacity planning
Oversee and manage centralized back-office activities for end-to-end service delivery
Collaborate with service delivery teams and stakeholders to align services with business goals
