Requirements

0-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and team members.

Responsibilities

Collect operational data from diverse cross-functional stakeholders to analyze historical business performance.
Identify data patterns and trends, offering insights to improve business decision-making in areas such as business planning, process enhancement, and solution evaluation.
Recommend strategies for future development and identify strategic business opportunities, along with proposing operational policy enhancements.
Conduct exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and qualitative analysis as needed.
Translate data into insights on consumer or customer behavior to inform targeting and segmentation strategies, and effectively communicate findings to business partners and senior leaders.
Continuously enhance processes and strategies by exploring and assessing new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
Collaborate closely with internal and external business partners to develop, implement, monitor, and refine decision strategies.
Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, with a focus on upholding Citigroup’s reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets by ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations, and adhering to ethical standards in behavior and business practices. Promptly escalate and address control issues with transparency.
