Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Experience: Previous experience in application and software development, particularly in customer-facing systems.
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM platforms, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and SQL.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Understand Business Needs: Analyze and interpret business requirements to convert them into technical specifications.
Develop Tailored Solutions: Design, code, test, and implement customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
System Integration: Conduct integrations between Salesforce and other systems or applications.
Platform Enhancement: Continuously maintain, improve, and update the Salesforce platform to meet evolving needs.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve bugs to ensure the applications remain stable and functional.
Team Collaboration: Partner with project managers, administrators, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation and offer training to Salesforce users.
