Requirements
- Expertise in Java programming, particularly Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Proven experience in implementing RESTful APIs and strong proficiency with the Spring Boot framework, including Spring Security, Spring JPA, and Spring MVC.
- Utilize OOP principles in Java to create robust and scalable applications.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support various functionalities.
- Utilize Spring Boot components for efficient application development.
- Deploy applications on servers such as Tomcat and JBOSS.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, for data storage and retrieval.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular, HTML5, and CSS.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies for iterative development processes.
- Write unit tests using JUnit to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Experience with dependency management tools like Gradle or Maven for project build automation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with system engineers, frontend developers, and software developers to create solutions that align with and enhance shared platforms.
- Apply principles of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Lean, Agile, Extreme Programming (XP), Continuous Integration (CI), and practices in software and product security, scalability, documentation, refactoring, and testing.
- Write code that meets standards and delivers the desired functionality using the chosen technology for the project.
- Develop features such as web services and queries on existing databases.
- Understand and evaluate performance parameters to assess application performance.
- Work on core data structures and algorithms, implementing them in the preferred programming language.
