Requirements

Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

Support the HR team in recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits administration
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and record-keeping
Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics, including market trends and best practices
Collaborate with the HR team to achieve business objectives and improve HR processes
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees and management
Participate in HR-related events and activities, including training sessions and workshops
