Outbound customer prospecting for the development of targeted / Exiting clients upsell opportunities  
Coordinate with Sales, customer relationship activities  
Maintain accurate customer account data in contact management software 
Develop strategic plans to grow customer product usage 
Facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings 
Trouble shoot client issues and coordinating with needed departments for resolution 
Facilitate excellent communication and collaboration with sales team members and customers 
Actively sell to inbound Prospects 
Provide product demonstrations
