Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our customer support team at Tech Mahindra Campus, Bahadurpally, Hyderabad. The role involves assisting customers by resolving queries, ensuring a seamless experience, and delivering excellent service in a dynamic, voice-based process.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate, or Postgraduate.
    Year of Passing : 2024/2023
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Customer Handling: Ability to manage and resolve diverse customer queries effectively.
  • Work Flexibility:
    • Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts.
    • 2 rotational weekly offs.
  • Transportation: 2-way cab facility provided.
  • Salary: ₹3.5 LPA for freshers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and efficient support to customers by addressing their issues and resolving queries.
  • Maintain professional communication and deliver a superior customer service experience.
  • Understand customer problems, analyze situations, and offer effective solutions.
  • Handle voice processes with proficiency and empathy.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and maintain a high standard of service delivery.
