Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our customer support team at Tech Mahindra Campus, Bahadurpally, Hyderabad. The role involves assisting customers by resolving queries, ensuring a seamless experience, and delivering excellent service in a dynamic, voice-based process.

Requirements

<ul><li>Education: Graduate, or Postgraduate. Year of Passing : 2024/2023</li><li>Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).</li><li>Customer Handling: Ability to manage and resolve diverse customer queries effectively.</li><li>Work Flexibility:<ul><li>Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts.</li><li>2 rotational weekly offs.</li></ul></li><li>Transportation: 2-way cab facility provided.</li><li>Salary: ₹3.5 LPA for freshers.</li></ul>

Responsibilities

<ul><li>Provide prompt and efficient support to customers by addressing their issues and resolving queries.</li><li>Maintain professional communication and deliver a superior customer service experience.</li><li>Understand customer problems, analyze situations, and offer effective solutions.</li><li>Handle voice processes with proficiency and empathy.</li><li>Adapt to rotational shifts and maintain a high standard of service delivery.</li></ul>
