Requirements

MBA fresher or with up to 1 year of relevant experience in sales.

Responsibilities

Drive sales initiatives targeting advertising agencies to generate revenue.
Initiate regular outreach to identify and develop new advertising prospects and opportunities with key clients and agencies.
Leverage strong industry connections to engage with direct advertisers and media agencies.
Handle end-to-end client management, from initial engagement to pitching new business, campaign execution, and ongoing client re-engagement.
Execute cold calling activities comfortably to expand client base.
Formulate and execute clear strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Maintain a robust sales funnel to ensure continuous business growth.
Independently implement sales plans and strategies.
Update and manage key sales reports and CRM systems.
Demonstrate a proactive problem-solving approach in sales processes.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver on client commitments, involving legal, finance, and operations.
