Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or MSEE).
- Strong ability to analyze electrical circuits.
- Fundamental understanding of the working principles of semiconductor devices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with statistical data analysis using Excel.
- Proficiency in using and learning new bench instruments.
- Basic programming skills in C, C++, or VBA.
- Ability to quickly learn processes, technical concepts, and skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office™ tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Learn and follow the key steps involved in test development for releasing new products into production. This includes creating test plans and designing test hardware and software.
- Collaborate with team members from various functional groups to independently manage assigned projects, with guidance and support from mentors.
- Assist with engineering evaluations and investigative projects.
- Work with engineering teams to resolve testing-related issues.
- Collect and analyze data to support engineering evaluations and investigations, including preparing and sharing summary reports using PowerPoint.
