Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or MSEE).
Strong ability to analyze electrical circuits.
Fundamental understanding of the working principles of semiconductor devices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with statistical data analysis using Excel.
Proficiency in using and learning new bench instruments.
Basic programming skills in C, C++, or VBA.
Ability to quickly learn processes, technical concepts, and skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office™ tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Learn and follow the key steps involved in test development for releasing new products into production. This includes creating test plans and designing test hardware and software.
Collaborate with team members from various functional groups to independently manage assigned projects, with guidance and support from mentors.
Assist with engineering evaluations and investigative projects.
Work with engineering teams to resolve testing-related issues.
Collect and analyze data to support engineering evaluations and investigations, including preparing and sharing summary reports using PowerPoint.
