Requirements
- Certifications in SAP MM & PP modules
- Strong engineering background
- Excellent skills in reading drawings
- Preferable knowledge of Teamcenter PLM software
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical properties of products
- Familiarity with routing, work centers, and product costing in SAP Production Planning module
- Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance regulations (REACH or RoHS directives) and chemical compositions
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- VBA/Macro scripting skills are an advantage
- Python scripting knowledge with NumPy and Pandas libraries is a significant advantage
- Strong technical communication and interaction skills
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts and provide effective solutions
- Understanding of product development processes
- Self-driven and quick learner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using systematic tools (8D, fishbone, cause/effect diagrams)
- Alignment with PBM principles
Responsibilities
- Create Material Master for various material types in SAP
- Collaborate with plants to complete Material Master, BOM, and Compliance activities in SAP
- Analyze NX CAD drawings/models and load Engineering/Universal Bill of Materials (BOM) into SAP
- Engage with Data Stewards, Industrial Engineers, and stakeholders in Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Plan, prioritize, solve problems, report progress, execute project objectives, and meet deadlines
- Monitor quality and delivery of outputs, and implement process corrections as needed
- Audit parts in SAP for completeness of material status and product compliance documents
- Perform mass data loading into SAP using LSMW, batch processing, VBA/Macros, etc.
