Requirements

Extensive knowledge of web application development, including experience with large-scale web applications.
Proficiency in web application performance tuning.
Experience managing large, evolving codebases in a dynamic environment is advantageous.
Interest in staying updated with the latest cloud technologies.
In-depth understanding of server-side programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Golang, or Node.js.
0-1+ years of software engineering experience.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science from a top-tier institution (e.g., IITs, BITS-Pilani, IIITs, top NITs, DTU, NSIT, Stanford, UC, MIT, CMU, UW-Madison, ETH) or a distinguished work history.

Responsibilities

Develop efficient, scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs for our Web and Mobile applications.
Establish and maintain code quality standards and best practices.
Conduct regular code reviews to enforce standards.
Create and sustain internal tools to enhance developer efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize data to analyze and improve performance, monitoring product and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Present recommendations, reports, and findings to executive leadership.
Deliver exceptional results and contribute positively to our team.
