Requirements

  • Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Overseeing the entire employee onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Organizing and leading employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training programs, including scheduling sessions, managing logistics, and maintaining training calendars.
  • Communicate effectively with trainers, students, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to students on course selection, career paths, and academic progress.
  • Address student inquiries, concerns, and challenges promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with instructors and mentors to support student development and success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners, and recruitment agencies to identify job opportunities.
  • Assist students in preparing resumes, portfolios, and job applications.
  • Conduct mock interviews, career workshops, and job readiness training sessions.
  • Match students with suitable employment opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career goals.
  • Facilitate job interviews, negotiations, and offer acceptances.
  • Assist in developing and updating training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards and job market requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of student placements, employer feedback, and job market trends.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations 
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for placement initiatives.
