Requirements
- Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Overseeing the entire employee onboarding process from start to finish.
- Organizing and leading employee engagement activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate training programs, including scheduling sessions, managing logistics, and maintaining training calendars.
- Communicate effectively with trainers, students, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Provide counseling and guidance to students on course selection, career paths, and academic progress.
- Address student inquiries, concerns, and challenges promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with instructors and mentors to support student development and success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners, and recruitment agencies to identify job opportunities.
- Assist students in preparing resumes, portfolios, and job applications.
- Conduct mock interviews, career workshops, and job readiness training sessions.
- Match students with suitable employment opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Facilitate job interviews, negotiations, and offer acceptances.
- Assist in developing and updating training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards and job market requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of student placements, employer feedback, and job market trends.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for placement initiatives.
Compensation
Training Salary
