Requirements

Graduate/Masters/Post-graduate degree in Finance or related field
0-1 year of experience in research and analysis
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work with an inclusive mindset and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic understanding of company structures, ownership structures, and auditor independence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Build good understanding and ability to interpret client’s company structure and relationships
Conduct secondary research using internal and external databases
Perform reconciliation, research, and draft recommendations for review by project managers
Actively participate in knowledge calibration sessions and highlight process understanding gaps
Understand and work towards meeting and exceeding defined individual KPIs
Build working knowledge of different internal independence and financial tools and systems
Ability to comprehend interdependencies between systems and identify discrepancies
