About This Role

Execute and follow up on RFQs with suppliers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
Process purchase orders based on project requirements. Follow up on purchase orders, including monitoring delivery dates.
Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Ensure a correct goods receipt process.
Maintain quality control of incoming materials and outgoing products.
Resolve quality issues with suppliers and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure on-time delivery and uninterrupted parts supply to customers.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in related field.
1-3 years of experience in procurement and logistics.

Responsibilities

Experience in P2P process.
Global supplier dealing experience.
Previous experience using SAP.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in using ERP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of international trade regulations.
