About This Role

The Technical Support role will be responsible for managing and supporting IT initiatives, establishing relationships with business users, and providing technical expertise to resolve issues.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 0-2 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.

Requirements

BS or BA Degree in a relevant field
0-2 years relevant experience
IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Programmer, or related occupation experience
Understanding of issue resolution processes and 3rd party resolution tools
Customer service attitude and excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix team structure

Responsibilities

Manage and support IT initiatives to design and implement business and technology solutions
Establish relationships with business users and engage in day-to-day interactions with business management
Support business applications across their lifecycle, including requirements, implementation, training, maintenance, and upgrades
Learn and develop the business, technical, and functional skills required for the role
Adherence to Flowserve policies and procedures
Perform additional assigned responsibilities as needed
