Requirements

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Programming skills in languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
Soft skills, including problem-solving and analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills, and a sense of ownership
Good coding knowledge and multi-tasking abilities
Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
Admirable sense of ownership and accountability
Strong academic background and excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Work closely with trading to deliver innovative solutions to automate their manual workflows
Design, develop, and scale risk management and portfolio analytics platforms
Provide impact in a variety of tactical work by being close to the day-to-day activity on the trading desks
Deploy engineering solutions to solve problems which help desks run business more smoothly
Identify and build improvements to system behavior, control, and monitoring tools
Build engineering solutions that improve system stability, performance, and availability
Collaborate with global engineering and analytics teams to impact business decisions
