About This Role

Google is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join their team. As a Product Support Engineer, you will use your subject-matter experience to effectively guide and debug Google’s AI-driven ad solutions, with an emphasis on Performance Max.

Key Responsibilities: You will design and implement automation tools for diagnostics and debugging to improve support efficiency and reduce resolution time. You will also prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey, troubleshooting and resolving issues with Google’s advertisers and Sales teams, agencies, and partners.

Requirements

Familiar with data/SQL and web technologies
Capacity to work irregular hours with customer requirements
Enjoy solving technical problems using data and structured analysis
Ability to work with flexible working hours
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Practical equivalent experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Use subject-matter experience to effectively guide and debug Google’s AI-driven ad solutions
Design and implement automation tools for diagnostics and debugging
Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Google’s advertisers and Sales teams, agencies, and partners
Analyze data and insights to create action plans to solve issues at the root cause
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
